I have extensive experience in healthcare, laboratory sciences, and research. After completing my master’s degree in biotechnology from HNB Garhwal University in 2011, I joined Panas Pharmaceuticals, Nepalgunj, as a Quality Control Officer, where I gained in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical business and systems.
In 2012, I moved to Kathmandu and joined the Center for Molecular Dynamics as a Research Associate. Over time, I was promoted to Assistant Laboratory Manager and later to Laboratory Manager. During my tenure, I conducted extensive research across various fields, including human health, wildlife, public health, plant sciences, and conservation. As Lab Manager, I also led all laboratory operations.
In 2018, I joined Biovac Nepal as a Production Manager, where I played a key role in developing a vaccine against Newcastle Disease (ND) in poultry. In 2020, I transitioned to Nepal Mediciti Hospital, where I established the Molecular Biology Department and introduced various molecular diagnostic tests.
In 2022, I took on the role of Operations Manager at Alfa Healthcare and Diagnostic Center, gaining valuable experience in managing a complete healthcare setting and overseeing day-to-day operations.
With extensive experience in multiple fields, I partnered with Dr. Avash and Dr. Prajwol to establish and lead M.G. Polyclinic in Maitidevi, aiming to provide high-quality healthcare services to the community. I continue to leverage my expertise to ensure accessible and reliable medical care for all.
